We were very impressed and highly recommend Monte Vista Construction!
A leak developed in our garage roof so we called a couple companies to get estimates for repairs. Several places didn't call back and the one who did wanted $8,000 to repair a small section of the roof (our entire roof size is roughly 1,228 ft2). Our neighbor used Monte Vista to repair their roof so we gave them a call. Gabe came out promptly, gave us a reasonable estimate ($1,200), input what he thought the issue was and we were on their schedule the next week. He matched the shingles perfectly and went above and beyond in the repair. He noticed the caulking around the vent stack for the water heater needed to be re-caulked. He did this, picked up some trash that had blown in the yard and also nailed down a couple shingles before they finished. Thanks Gabe and Monte Vista for your excellent work and going above and beyond!

The only contractor out of three to keep an appointment to bid job. Showed up on schedule and completed job ahead of schedule. They did a great job and clean up was amazing, I couldn't even find a single nail of scrap left behind. Very courteous and they came highly recommended. I would definitely recommend them as well.
